The Top TV Shows That We Love

The Top TV shows are a thing these days. There are shows that we watch every night and others that we just can’t get enough of. It’s not always about the story though. The Top Ten TV shows list is a list of our favorite tv shows, movies, songs, comics, and books. So many great shows! This year alone, we have seen The 100, Archer, South Park, Doc Hammer & Stifler, The Mindy Project, Girls Trip, Black Mirror, Party Of One, Mad Men, Better Call Saul, Pushing Daisies and so much more! You get the idea. We love it all so much that we have separate lists for each of them. So here’s our top ten list of the best tv shows that we love: 1. ‘The Big Bang Theory’ – We have seasons of this show on repeat. To be fair, season 5 was also one of our favorite seasons too (and not just because it featured an awesome ad for Vivid ).

But this show has aged well and it always has a smile on its face when re-watching it for the first time in a while. 2. ‘Archer’ – Apart from being one of the most enjoyable crime dramas to sit through, Archer is also filled with some great comedic talent throughout its run. 3. ‘South Park’ – This show won us over from the moment it was broadcast on Showtime back in 2013. It’s one of that binge-worthy

‘The Handmaid’s Tale

We all follow the news daily and we often see the news headlines super insightful and incredibly insightful as well. In our world of social media, the news is also filled with theories and theories about what the news is saying. Things get super interesting when you start a television show based on that theory and reality. The Handmaid’s Tale is an amazing show that started life as a book and then evolved into a film. So many amazing characters and so much fascinating information about the history of women & reality is drawn from those characters that we follow in the present. The Handmaid’s Tale is a fantastic show and we love it more each day. We see it on Netflix and we’re practically drooling over the cast and crew. We can’t wait to watch it again. So much so that we’re planning on going to see it at the end of the month.

Critical Loci: The Handmaids Tale

The Handmaid’s Tale is a phenomenal show that feels remarkably like a novel. It uses lots of beautiful visuals and a unique voice-acting approach to communicate its message. It uses a lot of pictures and a lot of words to make its point, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to convey your message. We get why people might not want to watch this show in the same order it was made – they find it incredibly difficult to switch from one episode to the next. We recommend that you take the time to watch the entire show in order though!

Social Apologies: The Handmaid’s Tale

The Handmaid’s Tale is a really special show because it turned out to be a social issue show. The Handmaid’s Tale tells the true story of a few women in the U.K. who decide to reject traditional culture and instead adopt a more independent way of life. The Handmaid’s Tale also documents these women’s fight for survival, gender equity, and the right to due process. We get why people might not want to see this show in chronological order – it’s filled with important events and facts that are difficult to convey in a few sentences. But the beauty of The Handmaid’s Tale is that it’s not just a story, it’s also a series of interviews and reports that takes the viewer behind the scenes of women like Margaret Atwood, Julia Cameron, and Margaret Robinette Jenkins.

Black Mirror: Doomed

Black Mirror is a Netflix phenomenon that started as a series about the lives of obsessed people and has since become a phenomenon thanks to its phenomenal ratings. Black Mirror is not only a fantastic show, but it’s also one of our all-time favorite TV shows. We love Black Mirror because it’s a show that takes us on an incredible journey with a lot of cultural, historical, and psychological that we often don’t see in other shows. We get why people might not want to see this show in chronological order – it has a lot of dark and interesting facts about the human condition – but it’s also a truly lovely show that you should check out if you like science fiction.

Better Call Saul: Always Be My Baby

We love Better Call Saul because it’s the most American of all the shows on this list. It’s the TV show that everyone loves but that doesn’t get much airtime. This show follows a group of New York City metro cops as they investigate the mysterious disappearance of an everyday person. We get why people might not want to see this show in chronological order – there are some really interesting characters and facts that you’ll learn about throughout the series (personality progression, the link between killing and possession, etc.) but it also has a down-to-earth and non-gypsy silliness about it that we dig.

Pushing Daisies: What We Become

We love Pushing Daisies because it’s the perfect combination of light and fun. With a heavy emphasis on family and trust, coupled with a lot of humor, Pushing Daisies is the best show on TV right now. We get why people might not want to see this show in chronological order – it’s a really interesting show with a lot of different history and facts about the world that can’t be conveyed in simple words – but it’s also a really fun and different take on a family. If you love family and you like putting the microphone in your voice, this is a must-see!
